Father's Day Celebration across the World


Father's Day is the festival to honor our fathers for everything they do for us throughout their life. This day is celebrated on different dates in different countries around the world.

Countries like US, UK, Canada, Chile, France, Japan, Malta and India celebrate this festival on the third Sunday of June month. This day was declared by the US President Richard Nixon in the year 1972.

In 2016, the declared date of Father's Day Celebration is on June 19th and respectively. Although, the date of Father's Day celebration differs every year, yet the day remains same, ie, on third Sunday of June.

This day is celebrated with the same enthusiasm in almost all the countries.
